Organisation

Cones, sticks, hurdles are placed as shown. Distances of the equipment must be considered and set up adequate to the age-group.
Two goalkeepers are involved in this soccer exercise. Balls are placed to the keepers' positions.
Players change sides periodically.

Description and Graphics

Players start this soccer warm up exercise at moderate intensity and they raise it gradually.
They perform different determined movements on the track.
At the end of the track after the players come out from the sticks, they get a ball from the keeper on the floor or in the air and they have to pass it back in a determined way.
