Place big cones next to the agility ladder as shown.
Description and Graphics
Players perform zig-zag movements over the agility ladder with a determined number of steps into the grids. Players have to touch the big cones with a detemined surface of the foot like passing a ball. Use the inside of the foot, outside of the foot and the laces. Intensity must be adequate to the correct performance of movements.
