Organisation

Create two equal areas in front of the penalty area as shown.
Identify defending and attacking pairs.
Pairs change role periodically and they start the soccer drill in turns from both sides.

Description and Graphics

One of the players from the attacking pair passes the ball to a defender who serves it back to the attackers. Two attackers try to beat the defenders with individual play or cooperation in the area to reach the penalty box and score. Defenders have to communicate with each other and anticipate attackers' movements to win the ball. Defenders need to pay extra attention to shifts of the attackers, changes in depth, support each other in depth and communication. When defenders win the ball they have to try dribble out from the area.
