Cones are used to create an approx. 40x60 meters area and a 22 meters deep middle area as a playing field in it.
Divide the players into two teams of eight. Put 5 players into the middle area from each team. Put 2 defenders to the defending zone of each team and one attacker into the attacking zone.

Description and Graphics

Two teams play against each other in the middle zone (5v5). Defenders and the one attacker should step into the game in their own zone. Teams can score after intercepting the ball. After playing the ball to the attacking zone two players from the middle zone have to support the striker and draw a 3v2 situation in the attacking zone to finish the action as soon as possible.
