Break the Defending Line with Deep Penetrative Run

This soccer tactic exercise emphasizes creating automatic instinct of the deep penetrating run to break the opponents' defending line.
The different variations also focus on developing the cooperation of the players while building the attacks and improving the timing, orientation and the combination play.

Organisation

Players and equipment are arranged as shown.
Of course, sticks or cones can be used instead of mannequins, too.
16 - 18 players can take part in the soccer drill for the optimal execution and they are located according to their posts.
Three variations can be seen.

Description and Graphics

The exercise is illustrated in 4-3-3 playing system, players are located according to the given system and formation.
Of course the variations can be used in other formations.
The players must orientate and perceive the situation of the ball and if it's necessary they must speed up or slow down while underlapping to get the ball in the right time.
The harmonization of movements and passes are also imperative, the players must perform the different situations like during the game.
