Organisation
Cones are placed to mark the positions of the players. Group of fours works in the middle and group of threes works on the sides.
Players perform the exercises on both sides by turns and they change their positions within the groups.
Sticks or mannequins have to be placed acurately to mark the defenders' positions and passing channels.
Mannequins can be replaced by sticks, poles or big cones.
