The tasks also help develop the cooperation between the four defenders and the holder.

Organisation

Players are positioned according to their posts and they perform the soccer drill continuously.
Equipment are arranged as shown.
The tasks are done on both sides by turns.
After the action each player goes back to his starting position.

Description and Graphics

The building attack always starts by the goalkeeper playing the ball to one of the inside defenders.
After determined combinations the players have to play the ball to one of the full backs.
Five variations can be seen in this exercise.
Of course, there are lot of variations, but it's important that the coach determines the passes and the movements accurately before the implementation.
