Organisation

This is a functional soccer exercise.
Cones are used to mark the positions' of the defenders and attackers according to the given system and formation.
Sticks are placed in the middle as shown to draw passing channels.
Defenders change their roles and positions periodically.
This soccer drill can be played by 15 players but in this case they do not have any resting time, so take care to avoid the overload.
After every performed action the players can have a rest and walk back to his positions.
The resting time can be used to correcting mistakes and giving instructions.

Description and Graphics

Players in positions A1, A2 and A3 on both sides are placed according to the given formation or playing system.
Player in position M1 starts this soccer tactical drill by passing the ball to the attackers in turns to both directions.
