Organisation

Mark an area for the 4v2 and another zone for the 1v1 game in the middle of the field as shown.
Players are set up according to the formation 3-3-4. Place resting players into positions where the load is needed. The defenders play on defence with 100% intensity in the 4v2 and 1v1 game, the defenders are positioned in front of the penalty area only in a passive way, they make their work with 100% after the crossing.
Change the players in the defensive-offensive positions periodically.

Variation

  • The 2 holders and the 2 central defenders possess the ball against 2 defenders with fast width and depth play and the higher positioned holder can roll with the ball only after the coach's sign.
