Organisation

Players perform the exercises in a group of 4. There are 2 attackers, and 2 defenders.
Players change after 5-6 tasks.
There is a goal from 2 sticks and a smaller one from 2 cones for each groups.
Players and equipment are arranged as shown.

Description and Graphics

In this soccer drill players practise the basis of the collective defending. They train the right method of the attacking and supporting the player in possession. The two defenders stand at the sticks. One of the attackers lobs the ball to the other. He decides to play the ball back with one touch or receives it and tries to outplay the defenders.
