Description and Graphics
In this soccer drill the players have three different roles.
In positions 'B' and 'D' the players must put pressure on attacker.
In the starting points 'A' and 'C' the players have defending or attacking roles, which are determined by the sign of the coach and the position of the ball.
Players have to react immediately and carry out their current tasks quickly.
Players circulate the ball to the determined direction. Passes are perfomed by one touch play.
Players have to react because the coach can change the passing direction at any time.
When the coach whistles, the players in position 'B' and 'D' must react and put pressure on the attacker as quickly as they can. Among 'A' and 'C' the attacker is the player who gets the ball after the whistle. The attacker's role is to pass the ball into the goals in front under the pressure of Players 'B' and 'D'. Defender (in this case Player 'A') has to try to close the passing channels, and anticipate the passing direction of the attacker.
If the attacker scores, all of the defenders must sprint, turn around the pole and run to the next position. The attacker can change by jogging.
If the attacker cannot score, he must sprint, turn around the pole and run to the next position. Defenders can change by jogging.
