Organisation
Cones are used to mark 6 equal zones as shown. The size of the zones are approximately 5x6 meters.
Four small goals are placed at the end of the playing field as shown. Two teams of five compete against each other.
Coach serves the ball to the attacking team when the ball is out.
Roles and positions of the players are changed periodically.
