Improve the Speed of Play - Develop the Decision Making

This complex soccer tactic game emphasises improving the speed of play, decision making and practising changing sides with combination play.
The game also helps to develop the building of attack, possession, supporting movements without the ball and transition.

Cones are used to mark the area (approx.:60x65m) and three equal zones in it.
4-4 small goals are placed on the field as shown.
Two teams are identified with different colors.
16-20 players can take part in the game.
The game is played continuously, when the ball is out, then normal throwing in is used to restart the play. There are not any corner kicks.

Description and Graphics

The game is illustrated in 4-4-2 playing system, but it works in other formations and systems, too.
Both teams have 4 goal scoring opportunities.
In the attacking zones the players can touch the ball only twice. In the other two zones there are not any special restictions.
Of course, the restrictions can be changed during the game.
Players of the defending team are not allowed to stand in their goals statically, they have to defend in cooperation.
The game focuses on quick decision making while attacking and speed of attacking play.
