6 mannequins are put into the front of the penalty box to draw the defenders' position as shown .
Six positions are marked for the players.
Players stay in position and they return to the end of their groups after performing an exercise.

Description and Graphics

This soccer drill contains 5 variations.
One variation is performed for about 8-10 min.
Players perform the variations on both sides by turns.
After finishing a task the players jog back to their starting positions.
