This tactical small sided game focuses on creating automatic instinct of shifting in defense, putting pressure the opponent with ball, and covering behind.
The activity also helps develop counter-pressing after losing possession.

Organisation
Players work in pairs, and minimum of three pairs are involved into this tactical game.
Set up two small goals and a three-zone playing field as shown.
Pairs change their roles and positions when the defenders win the ball and score, or attackers regain the ball.
The coach can also stop the exercise if needed any time to correct mistakes or avoid overload.
Description and Graphics
This game's attacking aim is to perform penetrative passes between or next to the defenders.
Defenders must shift and switch according to the position of the ball. The nearest defender puts pressure on the ball while the other covers. Roles are continuously changed.
