Warm up

Players perform determined and different difficulty tasks over the coordination -ladder.
After reaching the end of the ladder players perform light jogging to the cone and back.
1: Double steps into the grades with arm circles forwards.
2: Double steps into the grades with arm circles backwards.
3: Sideway movements and steps into the grades with arm circles forwards.
4: Sideway movements and steps into the grades with arm circles backwards.
5: Zig-zag forwarding rhytmically with high leg movements.
7: Zig-zag backwarding rhytmically with high leg movements.
8: Double steps forward with higher intensity.
Players perform each exercise 4 times.
