Conditional Development and Combination Play
This soccer training program focuses on developing the combination play, cooperation of the parts of team while attacking and the depth play.
The training session also aims to practise the joining of the defenders or midfielders into attack after deep passes and helps to innervate attacking supporting runs.
Warm up
Exercise 1: Jogging and warm-up drills individually across the half. Duration: 3 min.
Exercise 2: Athletic drills with co-trainer. For example: Crossover step, knee lifting, sideways skipping etc. Players do the exercises in one way and they jog back. Duration: 10 min.
Exercise 3: Players run in one group on determined area. They run fast 80-90% diagonally and jog along the sides of the square. They make 3 rounds, which includes 6 diagonal runnings.
Exercise 4: All the players have a ball. They perform different feints, tricks then dribble the ball with full speed across 3-4 meters distance. 6-8 times.
