Defending Cooperation-Dynamic High Pressure and Initiative Defending Attitude

This soccer training program focuses on practising cooperation between the players to close the deep passing channels and innervate the continuous spreading in depth.
Emphasis is also put on the movements of the defending line in depth. Players have to anticipate the acts of the attacking team.
The defending team has to draw their defending line as high as possible and use the off-side trap when needed.
