Penetrating from Possession

In this soccer training program the emphasis is laid on possession and performing penetrating passes behind the defending line.
The complex session also helps to develop the players' cooperation, vision, awareness and timing of runs.
Beyond the last soccer finishing drill, the goalkeepers can work with a coach or they can take part in the exercises as field players to develop their skills.
For the optimal organisation, 11 or 22 field players (in two groups) and the goalkepeer(s) can take part in the training.
Of course the session works with other number of players between 11 and 22, however the coach must really care of changing players during the exercises and the resting time.
