Practising Possession in Outnumbering Environment; Developing the Functional Technique in Different Situations
The soccer training program focuses on developing possession, innervating the movement without the ball and improving the functional technique.
Warm up
Players perform a basic soccer passing exercise, which contains three variations. The soccer drill focuses on developing different technical skills (passing, receiving, feinting) and improving the cooperation of the players.
Variation 1: 4 players start the progression at the same time. They dribble the ball with many touches, then make a sharp, diagonal pass to their team-mates moving into the 2 cones in the right rhythm. Players receive the ball accurately, then continue the task in cooperation.
Variation 2: 4 players start the progression at the same time. They dribble the ball with many touches, perform a feint, then make a sharp, diagonal pass to their team-mates moving into the 2 cones in the right rhythm. Players receive the ball accurately, then continue the task in cooperation.
Variation 3: 4 players start the progression at the same time. They dribble the ball with many touches, perform 2 drags back, then make a sharp, diagonal pass to their team-mates moving into the 2 cones in the right rhythm. Players receive the ball accurately, then continue the task in cooperation.
