Warm up

In the first part of warming up basic technical exercises are performed in pairs. One player from the pair is a server the other is a worker. Players advance parallel with the sideline. Server player moves backwards and throws the ball to the team-mate who passes it back with a determined technique in the air. (Inside of the foot, outside of the foot, with laces, etc.) 
In the second part 6v2 possession is performed by one touch. The defender who touches the ball, replaces the player in possession who makes a mistake.
