Age Find the right exercises by selecting the age group(s) you need.
Pitch or Space Select the area for your exercises to suit your available space.
Number of Players Choose how many players the exercises should be designed for.
Difficulty Level Exercises are grouped into 5 levels, from level 1 (easy) to level 5 (most challenging).
Individual or Team Individual training sessions work best with 1 to 5 players, while team training requires at least 6 players. You can also select Both to include both options.
Keeper Select the number of goalkeepers you want to work with during training.
Media Type Select the media type you want to see in the soccer drills.
